Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a decent choice for a stay, with clean and comfortable rooms albeit on the smaller side. While the old-fashioned decor might not appeal to everyone, the friendly service makes up for it. It might not be the best pick for a trio due to limited space. The location is convenient for accessing transportation options and exploring nearby attractions.
The hotel is situated on the second floor with windows overlooking the bay. The rooms smelt like the previous guest had been smokers, were compact with a small single bed, and very, very, very hot. The staff was lovely, very considerate, helpful, and caring, though serious attitude adjustment was needed. The location is near the train station, providing ease of access but with irregular train schedules. The dining experience was good, with some staff members being lovely, but very average and equally boring at times. The facilities were well-kept yet quite poor.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small and hot, which made us all sweat into our food during meals, but they were adequate for a one-night stay. Some rooms were spacious and offered beautiful sea views, although the balcony sizes and sun exposure varied. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our first holiday in Sicily truly special. The location was convenient, close to the train station and a short distance to visit Taormina. However, the hotel's position at the bottom of a steep hill was a downside. The dining options were subpar, with limited choices and uninspiring selections, but the continental dishes were what you would typically expect.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very basic considering the price, but they were clean and comfortable. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. The location was convenient, allowing for easy access to both trains and buses, although it felt a bit secluded. The dining options were good, with a variety of choices but could be improved compared to other places I've been to. Overall, the stay offered a decent value for money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and cozy, but the location was a bit inconvenient being at the bottom of a tall hill. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and kind staff, but the dining options lacked variety.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were small but adequate, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and the bay all the way to Gardini Naxos. The air conditioning made it easy to sleep at night. The service was top-notch, very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, right by the train station and with a beautiful view. The dining options were varied, although it got a bit boring by the end of the week. Overall, a great value for money with amazing views and friendly service.
